Each ewe is worth $400.00, so she will be sold at $100.00 per share.  You can buy one share or more. You will be given a bill of sale, along with a copy of your signed contract that you agree to pay weekly for a fraction of your ewe's care throughout the year.

A fee of $20 per week per share will ensure that your ewe is cared for, milked and the milk properly stored so you can pick it up for yourself and your family.  Ewes are in milk for about 6 months a year, but require care all year long. You can enjoy sheep milk all year long too. During the milking season you will receive 2 quarts of fresh, raw sheep milk per week per share and frozen milk in 1/2 gallon bottles during the winter months.

If, during the contracted year, or at the beginning of a new contract year, you decide that you no longer want to receive fresh sheep milk and other raw dairy products, or you decide you don't want to pay the fee to maintain your ewe, Briar Patch Creamery will buy your herd share/s back for the same price you paid at the time of purchase.
